I am Pedro, 34 years old, from Lisbon, and I’m a Graphic & Motion Designer.
With +8 years’ experience, I started my design career in Cabify, a Spanish ride-sharing company. After that, I moved to the design department in Time Out Market, a concept born in Portugal where you can find the best of the city under one roof: chefs, restaurants, cultural events, and cooking workshops. Working there, I had the opportunity to travel all over the world and to support the creative team with design assets for the market openings in the US, Canada and Dubai. In this period, I really grew as a designer and had the opportunity to develop and to experiment with my motion graphic skills.
While working on these projects, I continued to grow my network, creating brand identities, online ads, and social media assets as a freelancer and in partnership with agencies.
Recently, I joined Polkastarter, the leading decentralized fundraising platform. This is something new for me, and involves new creative areas, namely 3D skills for gaming and online platforms. I never had jumped to something that I don’t know much about, but that’s what makes it exciting and challenging!
